Compliance questions
Which social and security audits do you hold?

SMETA 4-pillar audited, with the report available to buyers via Sedex on request, and a Sedex member. C-TPAT certified for US-bound supply chain security. ZED Silver certified and POSH compliant, alongside Indian labour law requirements on wages, hours, provident fund and safety.

Can you supply GOTS, OEKO-TEX or GRS certified programmes?

Organic and recycled programmes are quoted on certified inputs from partner mills. Where a programme requires our own GOTS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 or GRS certification, we scope it at enquiry stage and confirm cost and timing.

Can we audit the factory or send a third-party inspector?

Yes. Buyers and their nominated inspection agencies are welcome at both units, announced or unannounced. Several long-standing US and EU buyers inspect every season.

What happens to the water used in washing?

It passes through our own effluent treatment plant and an RO plant, and the treated water returns to the process rather than to drain.

What inspection standard do you work to?

AQL 2.5 as standard on final inspection, or the buyer's own AQL and tolerance specification where one is supplied. Fabric is inspected on a four-point system before cutting.

Does quality hold at volume?

The same inspection gates apply at 50 pieces as at 50,000: fabric inspection before cutting, in-line checks during stitching, and a final audit before packing against the buyer's nominated AQL and tolerance spec.
