Do you offer full package (FOB) or CMT only?
Both. Most buyers use us full package: we source fabric and trims, develop, produce and pack. Where you nominate a mill or supply fabric, we work cut-to-pack on a CMT basis.
Can you develop a range from a mood board?
Yes. Ten designers work from WGSN, trend reports and buyer mood boards and present a developed range with fabric and trim options, in addition to executing tech packs as sent.
What does CLO 3D sampling change for a buyer?
CLO 3D renders a garment on a virtual body from the actual pattern and fabric properties, so fit and drape are judged before anything is cut. Fewer physical sample rounds shortens the development calendar.
How much embroidery capacity do you have?
One six-head computerised machine plus manual embroidery frames in-house, with CAD digitising on site. Bulk embroidery beyond that capacity goes to vetted partner units in the NCR cluster, coordinated by our merchandisers.
