Design to dispatch, under our own roof.

Two units in Sector 63, Noida. A dedicated merchandiser owns each buyer’s programme from first costing to shipped carton.

  1. Value-added womenswear

Embroidery, embellishment and surface work on womenswear only, predominantly in natural and sustainable fibres. Full package (FOB) to your tech pack, or CMT on fabric you nominate.

  2. Design & development

Ten designers working from WGSN and your brief present developed ranges with fabric and trim options, or execute a tech pack as sent.

  3. Embroidery

Six-head computerised machine with CAD digitising, alongside hand dori, bead, sequin and thread work on manual frames. The basis of most repeat programmes.

  4. Sampling, washing & finishing

Twenty sampling tailors and CLO 3D virtual sampling; ten wash types in-house; pressing, checking and ticketing to specification.

  5. Quality control and the delivery date

Inspection at every stage to AQL 2.5, or your own AQL where supplied. We commit to a date and hold it — the reason accounts here run for a decade rather than a season.

Buyer questions
What volumes do you produce?

Volume programmes are the core of the business: 50,000 pieces per month across two units, on 100+ stitching machines and dedicated lines. Repeat orders run on a 45-day cycle. The minimum to open an account is 50 pieces per style, per colour, so a buyer can put a style through production and inspect the result before committing to a season.

What are the lead times?

Samples in 7–10 days. Bulk production 60–90 days from approved sample. Repeat orders 45 days.

Do you supply full package (FOB) or CMT?

Both. Under full package we source fabric and trims, develop, produce and pack. Where the buyer nominates a mill or supplies fabric, we work cut-to-pack on a CMT basis. Default terms are FOB Nhava Sheva or Mundra; CIF or CFR on request.

Which certifications does Vishesh Apparels hold?

SMETA 4-pillar audited, with the report available via Sedex on request; Sedex member; C-TPAT for US-bound supply chain security; ZED Silver; POSH compliant. amfori BSCI, OEKO-TEX, GOTS or GRS are scoped at enquiry stage where a programme requires them.

What inspection standard do you work to?

AQL 2.5 as standard on final inspection, or the buyer's own AQL and tolerance specification where one is supplied. Fabric is inspected on a four-point system before cutting.

Which garment categories do you manufacture?

Women's wovens and knits: dresses, tops and blouses, co-ord sets, jumpsuits and playsuits, skirts and trousers. Embroidery-led occasionwear and resortwear are the principal categories.

Which markets do you export to?

The United States, the Netherlands and wider Europe, and the Middle East, with programmes opening in the UAE and Australia. Indian apparel enters the EU at zero duty under the India–EU FTA, the UAE at 0% under CEPA, and Australia duty-free under ECTA.
