Founded the company in 2003 with over three decades each in garment manufacturing: marketing, sourcing, costing, sampling and production planning.
Both remain directly involved in costing, sampling and production planning. The person who commits to a delivery date is the person accountable for meeting it.

Thirty-four people in design, pattern and sampling; a merchandising team per buyer; a 100-machine floor run through installed ERP software.

Working from WGSN, seasonal trend reports and buyer mood boards. They present ranges, not only interpret tech packs.

Digital grading and a style block archive, so a repeat two seasons later cuts to the same fit.

Order analysis, fabric and trim sourcing, production planning, QC follow-up and shipping: a single point of contact who owns the programme.

Over 200 employed, around 60% women, trained in-house on stitching, hand embroidery and finishing.
Design led from the floor.
Ten designers, four pattern masters and twenty sampling tailors work alongside production rather than apart from it, so a range is developed by the people who will make it.
Trend direction is taken from WGSN and seasonal market reports, then tested against fit, fabric behaviour and finishing before it reaches a buyer’s programme.
Sector 63, Noida.
In the Delhi NCR garment cluster, with fabric markets, printers, dye houses and embroidery units within driving distance, which is what makes a 7–10 day sample realistic.

Who owns and runs Vishesh Apparels?
It is family-owned and family-run. Rakesh Kapoor and Bharati Kapoor founded the company in 2003 and remain directly involved in sourcing, costing, sampling and production planning, with over three decades each in garment manufacturing.
How large is the company?
Two units in Sector 63, Noida, of roughly 500 m² over four floors each. Over 200 employees, around 60% women, 100+ stitching machines and 50,000 pieces a month of capacity.
Do you sell your own brand, or manufacture only?
We manufacture for our buyers. Production, design and sampling capacity is dedicated to buyer export programmes.
