The EU previously applied roughly 4–12% duty on Indian apparel. Textiles and apparel now move to zero under the India–EU FTA: the largest single change to landed cost from India in a decade.

Labour standards, health and safety, environment and business ethics audited to the full SMETA methodology, report available via Sedex. Fibre composition, country of manufacture, chemical compliance and tier visibility, per style, on request. Own units and own wet processing make a materially shorter chain to document than a broker placing orders across unnamed sub-contractors.
Fifty pieces per style
Put a style through production and inspect it before committing a season. EU textile EPR fees and unsold stock both penalise over-ordering. Test at production quality, then repeat in 45 days.
Embroidery sampled in-house
Hand dori, bead and sequin work alongside a six-head machine, with placement and density trials completed in Noida in 7–10 days.

Does the India–EU FTA mean zero duty on our garments?

Textiles and apparel are in the tariff-elimination schedule, moving to zero from the previous 4–12% range. Implementation is phased, so confirm the exact line and effective date for your HS code with your customs broker before costing a season. We supply the origin documentation either way.

Can you meet CSDDD and Digital Product Passport data requests?

Yes. We are SMETA 4-pillar audited, with the report available via Sedex, and supply fibre composition, country of manufacture, our own site details, wet-processing information and the named partner units used for printing and dyeing. Where a programme additionally requires GOTS or OEKO-TEX certification, we scope it at enquiry stage.

Do you already work with Dutch brands?
