What we collect through this website, why, and for how long. Last reviewed September 2026.

What we collect	Only what you type into the enquiry or factory-profile form: name, company, work email, telephone if given, country, programme details, your message, and any file you attach (tech pack, sketch or reference).
Why	To answer your enquiry, prepare a costing or send the factory profile, and to follow up once on that request. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Where it goes	An email to rakesh@visheshapparels.com, a receipt to your address, and a record held on our hosting account outside the public web root. Uploaded files are stored under a random filename in that private directory. Nothing is sold, shared with other buyers, or used for marketing lists.
Retention	Enquiry records and files are kept for as long as the commercial discussion is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. Ask sooner and we delete sooner.
Your rights	Access, correction, deletion and objection, by email to rakesh@visheshapparels.com. EU and UK enquirers may also complain to their supervisory authority.
Analytics	Two measurement tools, both without cookies. A first-party beacon on our own server counts page views and enquiry-button clicks; no identifier is stored on your device, visitors are hashed with a daily-rotating salt, and nothing leaves our server. Google Analytics 4 runs in cookieless mode with analytics and advertising storage denied by default, IP anonymised and advertising features off; it gives us aggregate traffic figures only. No data is sold or shared for marketing.
Third parties	Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and Google Analytics receives anonymised, cookieless pings; both therefore see your IP address for that request. Videos are served from our own hosting.
Confidentiality	Tech packs, sketches and reference garments are treated as your confidential property and are never shown to, or produced for, another buyer.
