## Volumes, minimums and lead times

- Monthly capacity: 50,000 pieces across two units, 100+ stitching machines
- Volume programmes on dedicated lines are the core of the business
- Minimum to open an account: 50 pieces per style, per colour, for a first trial
  order, which then scales into a volume programme
- Sampling lead time: 7–10 days
- Bulk production lead time: 60–90 days from approved sample
- Repeat order lead time: 45 days
- Costing response time: within one working day of enquiry

## Basis of supply

- Full package (FOB): we source fabric and trims, develop, produce and pack
- Cut-to-pack (CMT): buyer nominates the mill or supplies fabric
- Default Incoterms: FOB Nhava Sheva or Mundra. CIF and CFR available on request
- Fabric constraint at low volume: at 50 pieces we work from stock or
  buyer-nominated fabric. Custom dye lots generally require a 300 m minimum.

- Not held: amfori BSCI, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS, GRS, WRAP. These are
  scoped at enquiry stage where a programme requires them.
- Buyer audits: US and European accounts inspect both units each season against
  their own codes of conduct
- Environment: own effluent treatment plant and RO plant with treated water
  returned to process; natural-gas power backup; non-IBR natural-gas boiler

## Export markets and duty position

Verified September 2026. Confirm your own HS line with a customs broker before
costing a season.

- Netherlands and EU: apparel from India enters at zero duty under the India–EU
  FTA, against roughly 4–12% before. Transit approximately 22–28 days to
  Rotterdam or Antwerp.
- United States: MFN rate of approximately 16.5% on cotton apparel, plus any
  additional rate then in force. C-TPAT certified. Transit approximately 30–40
  days.
- UAE and GCC: 0% duty under the India–UAE CEPA, with a CEPA certificate of
  origin. Transit approximately 4–7 days to Jebel Ali.
- Australia: duty-free. 100% of Australian tariff lines reached zero for Indian
  goods on 1 January 2026 under ECTA, from 5% previously.
